14-day money-back guarantee

Fluent Chinese offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — including if you simply change your mind.

All of our products are digital. If you would like to try Fluent Chinese before committing to a longer plan, start with the monthly membership — you can cancel any time and switch to the yearly plan at a renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us using the details on our About page and we will help arrange it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to show the money in your account.

Renewals and cancellations

Memberships renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are not charged again. Requests relating to a renewal payment are also covered by the 14-day window above.
